Blake’s Box exists to offer comfort, compassion, and tangible support to families grieving the loss of their college student, reminding them they are not alone in their sorrow. Through thoughtfully curated condolence packages, we honor each student’s life while surrounding their families with care during their most difficult days.
Blake was a student at Texas Tech University with a bright future and a heart that impacted everyone around him. After his passing, we experienced firsthand the profound grief that follows the loss of a child - and how even small gestures of care can bring light into unimaginable darkness.
Our son Blake was a selfless and compassionate friend to all who always made everyone feel welcomed. He showed creativity and a passion for architecture at an early age and was thrilled to be accepted into the Huckabee College of Architecture after completing his first year at Tech.
In the summer of 2024, Blake unexpectedly passed away after experiencing a seizure in his sleep while at his campus dorm room, forever changing the lives of those who loved him. He left many friends behind and few strangers. We love him and miss him so incredibly much but know he is now learning architecture from the Creator and designer of all things.
